Stupid Pinterest

So maybe I was just a little obstinate. Maybe I didn't want to be a bandwagon jumper. Maybe I didn't want to have one more thing to be addicted to. So going against my better judgment...

I joined Pinterest.

(Ugh. I hate admitting it.)

The first item that I fell in love with was this Pumpkin Wreath.

(It sells for around $100 on Williams-Sonoma's site)

Total I probably spent between $25-30 at Hobby Lobby getting all the stuff I needed. (The Reindeer Moss and Spray Adhesive were the pricey items.) I'm still considering getting darker ribbon for the bow...

Help Wanted!!

Alright people. If anyone actually reads my blog, I need some serious input.

I have a hair appointment next Tuesday and (like every hair appointment I have) I'm ready for a change. This is where you (yes you!) need to give me some honest input.

My hair color is still on the brown side, but I've always loved Jennifer Aniston's color. (See below) Too blonde for me?

I was pretty obsessed with the "Ombre" or "Melting" trend earlier this year, but when I did it the first time I didn't think it was very dramatic. So should I take it a step further and go this dark? Or does it just look like I was too lazy to keep up on my coloring?
And I'm totally and completely obsessed with the A-Line cut. I'd love to do it to my hair right now, but I want a long A-line so I need to keep working on growing out my bangs, which takes FOREVER.

Or should I forget growing out my bangs and go back to the straight across cut like I did a while back? (See below)

BY-Who?!

In case anyone didn't already know, Bryant's baby sister Cami plays soccer for BYU.

(She's awesome. We love her to pieces!---So does Willis)

If anyone knows my husband, you'll know how much he *doesn't like* BYU. He really *doesn't like* them. To this day I'm still surprised he mustered up the strength to endure 3 years of Law School in Utah County. (If he could have his way, we'd live in Logan and he'd commute. Seriously.)

So last week BYU had a home game versus Cal State Fullerton. (The games are actually pretty fun to attend, so long as we sit in the "parent section".) On average they have 4,000+ in attendance at each game.

So after Bryant and I went through the gate we were walking in front of the student section and stopped to get a program. The guy handing them out looked at Bryant's shirt and said, "Well you have the right color on, but that's the wrong city and sport!"

(It was a blue LOGAN RIVER GOLF COURSE shirt!!)

My sweet husband responded, "Why would I wear a BYU shirt? I don't like BYU!"--He didn't say this quietly either...I was mortified. (I don't like BYU either, but I'm not obstinate enough to say that in front of their fans!)

The BYU guy immediately grabbed the program from my hand as Bryant walked away.

He quickly asked me, "So what team are you guys rooting for?"

My response: "Uh...his sister plays for BYU so we cheer for her."

And now for some zingers courtesy of the BYU students we were forced to sit by:

"I want to polygamy that girl!"

"If I were a soccer player I think I'd run around making engine noises as I ran. BRRRRRRRRM! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRM! BRRRRRRRRRRRM!"
